Orders can only be cancelled within a short window before processing begins. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will assist you with a resolution.

Yes. Refunds are available in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Items must meet eligibility requirements before a refund is processed.
